Why Pressure Washers DON'T Damage Paintwork!

1. pressure washer all day. My karcher is currently broken and it feels like I've lost a limb!! :(

3. I work at a body shop and we use pressure washers when detailing, if used properly, the only problem you might run into is stripping off wax. I've personally never seen paint in good condition stripped from a car just from a pressure washer.
4. What a video... Had me properly laughing at times. Cannot understand people who feel the need to tell others how to do their job - especially those who have been in the profession for 10+ years. Love your content too, keep it coming... I'm becoming slightly obsessed by car detailing!

13. Great video learnt a lot from your video's. Just a idea with you using a pressure washer most of the time why not use some cyclist over shoe's covers the winter one's are good to protect your feet from water even just when normal washing . I use during me rides on me bike when it is raining and they do the job. Apologies if your already one step in front of this idea.

14. I spent over 12 months cleaning huge chicken sheds in Australia with one of two very powerful truck mounted machines (one high volume and pressure and the other purely high pressure). These cleaned 6 month old, baked on chuck shit and if you were caught in the stream would leave a stripe of bruising across your torso or arm or arse cheeks etc. Each day after work we would use these same machines on slightly reduced settings (but still way higher than any machine used by detailing enthusiasts and most pros) to blast the trucks body work clean and at the weekend clean our cars with them also and guess what? No damage, at all, ever. No dents, no scratches. So it's hilarious to hear people with no direct experience offering dire warnings that your 'over the counter' Karcher shouldn't be used "cus you'll ruin your nice n shiny motor, mate. Trust me, just saying for your own good" blah blah blah.....
15. Seems mad to not want to use a pressure washer. Years ago I stripped paint off the mirror of my mums car with one at a pay&spray garage. Probably held it far too close though.

18. if you havent figured it out yet he is telling you how to do it safely. you absolutely can fuck a car up like none other with a pressure washer. forcing water into key holes window gaps seals.... not good. dont forget that if your car has paint chips that doesnt make you a neglectful owner. paint chips happen all the fucking time just from driving on the road...
19. Stay old school ! if you keep your car properly waxed and maintained, water will just slip right off when washing it, just use a regular garden hose.
