trick to removing price pfister quick connect sprayer hose

1. Does this work the same for Delta ones too with the quick connect hose ?.
2. I have this exact same connector, but it's attached to a copper pipe.  I pushed up til the gap was gone and pulled like hell but it's stuck in there pretty good.  It's been attached for years and years.  I don't want to pull too hard, I'm afraid I'll break the copper pipe it's attached to.

15. you dont have the gray colored plastic piece as shown in the video? Maybe you have a different type of connector.
16. Thanks for your kind words. I was going nuts myself trying to disconnect it. You can see all of my plier's teeth marks on the copper part from when I lost patience and just tried to force it out. I knew it would be 10 years before I ever needed to disconnect it again, so I figured I'd better record it.
