Read Info Below: Thanks for checking back in everyone. Here are my custom mappings for the Traktor Kontrol S2. I hope you enjoy the effects that I have mapped to the controller. These are meant to help you transition between songs seamlessly and also give your tracks some extra flavor. They work great when mixing mashups with acapellas and beats on the fly. Download: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1130745/You%20Tube/S2_Custom.zip Instructions: These mappings are for Traktor Pro 2 and will only work with versions 2.0 and above. 1. Download the mappings 2. Open Traktors Preferences 3. Click on Controller Manager 4. Save your mappings if you have any 5. Click the big import button on the bottom and import the mappings 6. Close Traktor and reopen it 7. Reimport your mappings with the small import button in the controller manager 8. Enjoy! Note** If you are having issues with the effects not loading properly, try reimporting and restarting Traktor a couple of times. Traktor has issues importing new mappings from other systems so a couple reimports and restarts will do the trick. Thanks, Priscilla

I spin using Denon DN-S1200s, a Denon X120 mixer connected to VDJ Pro 8.2 and I love using dotted eighth delay as an echo out transition. This came from being a big U2 fan in high school and Edge's dotted eighth modulated delays that define his sound and I loved incorporating that effect into acapella vocals and during guitar heavy new wave tracks as well as newer top 40 tracks like Shut Up And Dance, which I often mash up with Where The Streets Have No Name or the live version of A Sort Of Homecoming with an 808 sample to thicken the recorded drums.

is the mapping still compatible with the new simplified mapping in traktor 2.10.2?

try restarting. if that doesn't work check your controller editor program to make sure it's in midi mode

Hey, I'm having issues getting them imported. When in midi mode, your shift keys stay lit, right? It looks like midi mode is not working.

why do you use a 4 FX untis option if you're using the S2?

Not yet. Hoping to get the new S4 to have an update soon
