Spraying fungicide on very tall corn with a Hagie STS10
Tricks, Ratschläge, Online, Reparieren, Landwirtschaft, Landwirtschaft Maschine
In this multi-angle clip you can watch a Hagie STS10 spraying fungicide on 9' tall corn. * Due to the height of the corn, the boom is at it's highest position possible. * The corn that goes under the sprayer is largely undamaged, and stands back up after the sprayer goes by. The only casualty is pollen loss. But, with millions of corn plants in a field, there is more than enough pollen. * 2010 Hagie STS10 * 100' boom * 1000 gallon tank * 4 wheel steering (turns in 4 rows) * Raven controller with swath control * Tallest and narrowest tires available This sprayer is owned and operated by MMV Farms. Video owned and managed by Coon Creek Farms, Inc.

nice vid. I'm going to have a new hagie to run next spring. Just can't wait.

This grower prefers to use a Hagie. Much cheaper to operate I'm told.

Why not just use aerial application methods?
