@wldsthrnboy very easy to do. Simply take a nail set tool (punch) and insert it down the center hole. As soon as it starts to go past the seal, but not far enough that it hits the diffuser nut...side pressure the punch and the seat will pop right out. Takes less than 30 seconds once u do it a few times.
