Softwares like Virtual DJ have this feature already implemented for years and it's also free. Why do they want me to pay for this?

hm i just realized that i got literally the same feature in traktor pro 2. But there its free, its allready there and you don't have to buy yet another expansion.... the Expansions stuff and a few other things killed Serato for me

How can i get the pitch botton in my serato?? In this video he had on two sides the pitch botton gray.... Can help? Im new in serato kkkk sorry
