Rustoleum Topside Wagner HVLP 1

Here is the first coat of Rustoleum Topside on my door panel. The original paint has been sanded with 600grit and wiped down with mineral spirits. It is 50/50 thinned.

Absolutely you can paint a car with that gun! I can only vouch for the 518080, but I painted my wife's quarter-panel and bumper with urethane paint from automotivetouchup. It looks 100% factory and professional. The trick is dial in the pressure/volume correctly, just practice on a piece of cardboard before spraying the car (lower volume is generally better and safer). It worked great with the factory style urethane paint, can't vouch for spraying rustoleum.

I might buy that gun. I want to use it to pain my Yamaha R6. Just not sure if you can use car paint with no problem? What do you think?

man that thing lays really good im gonna get one. Can it lay primer also?

its a 2 stage turbine sprayer, they are great a lot less overspray but you need to use the proper speed reducer and sometimes more of it.
