My 695 is lacking preasure, it primes and everything, but I need to crank the preasure all the way up and still only goes up tu 1900 psi, any pointers??

lot of windows. So, what does this have to do with a Graco 695 sprayer? There is another way to achieve a level 5 finish, and that is to spray a special coating (not a paint but a leveling compound) over the level 4 finish and back roll. It takes a powerful machine to apply this coating, so I think the question is this machine man enough to do it?

Level 5 finish is a specification for drywall finishing. A level 4 finish is a "normal" commercial or residential finish with 3 coats of compound, sanded smooth, no defects allowed. A level 5 finish takes this one step further and is spec'd on many high-end custom homes. Level 5 is a level 4 finish that has been skim coated all over with thinned compound and sanded again. It gives the highest quality smoothest finish and will show the best under harsh lighting like in a great room with a
