i have followed all the steps and i still have no audio, even through the headphone jack at the front, or through my sound system via the audio cables at the back i have no idea whats going on

please help! I dont have audio. I connected the party mix to my computer (asus windows 10) yet I have no audio (realtek HD audio from my computer) I do not have extra speakers: i did not click on the "use soundcard"

is it like the numark mixtrack 3 that after 30 days u download the software u have to spend more money to be able to keep using the partymix controller and virtual dj software?
