on hardware mixers there are cue buttons which lets the dj hear a track which is not being outputted through the speakers, this is to ensure that the beats are synced before he turns the volume up on the second channel in order to fade in the other song. How can this be done on an ipad since there is only one audio output which is the headphone jack? So basically, how do you create seamless mixes if your ipad is connected to a soundsystem (e.g. at a houseparty) and you same time are using headphones to hear the sounds before they are outputted?

you dont have to have traktor pro to use the traktor dj app. you sync the tunes to your ipad with itunes.
