Tricks, Ratschläge, Online, Reparieren, Landwirtschaft, Landwirtschaft Maschine
This is my attempt at making a video on how to use and clean up the Wagner Flexio 570 Sprayer. I used it to paint my deck and some parts of the exterior of my house and it works amazingly. Saves alot of time. Thanks for watching/listening Subscribe to our channel and spread the word. Follow us: Facebook.com/IlmDragon Twitter.com/IlmDragon

I paint cars as a hobby...(for 25 years) ..I purchased a Wagner ready paint and have some projects around the house..
(with acrylics its a pain mixing thinners and hardners on clear coats) ..I plan to use water base latex on some cabinets (thin the paint) and then clear coat it with non yellow clear water based varnish ..good informative video ..I clean my sprayer at once after using it.. you did what I always do when I finish spraying ..then blow dry all
I'm also thinking of mixing some water base stain with water base polyurethane and spraying it on some furniture I made..
looks like this tool is going to make my job easier -
what kind of paint did you use? did you made your paint thin?

Interesting demo. As far as cleaning, I certainly recommend washing all the paint off first and then fill the container with clear water and then spray to clean the nozzle. Otherwise you are needlessly spraying paint around the environment.

great video.... very helpful, thanks

Thanks for the video, but why were you painting the deck at night?

what do you do about over spray I'm spraying the inside of my house, but it seems like i have everything covered and then in the next room there will be over spray. Also, whats the best way to clean the over spray up?

It's people like you that I truly appreciate. A video that otherwise stumbling across would be useless but considering I just bought the 590 tonight and paint is drying behind me as I just used it for the first time, your video is much better than what I gained from the instructions. I followed the instructions and considered it clean but searched a video to be sure and after watching yours, I am posting this comment and doing it again lol. Thanks so much man!

You should have rinsed out the container first before filling with water. That would have diluted the paint in the gun better.

thanks for the video!

Thanks for your video, but i would suggest cleaning out the bottom tank first completely before putting any water to spray out of the nozzle to clean it. Also it is way better to use warm soapy water as cold water doesnt really clean out the paint from the nozzle as well as warm soapy water. Once you run warm soapy water then rinse out the tank and fill it with warm water then run it again through the nozzle and it will be as clean as it was when it was new. Taking a little more time to do clean up will ensure that your paint sprayer will produce the same great result without any clogging.

I know this is about painting but what is that awesome instrumental? Sounds similar to Tycho. I liked it.

Was it water based or oil based
-
Is that oil base paint or water based?, it came off so easy when you clean the machine, if it is not oil based paint what should be the proceadure for cleaning oil paint.

Turn off the water when you're scrubbing. You'll save water and money :)
