as per my experience,it is better to remove first filters from gun and pump manifold so that it will not be deformed/tor ned when cleaning is being done

Great video - thank you! One question, is it ok to leave water / antifreeze in the tubes, gun and pump, even when in storage? IE, don't try to pump it out dry, blow it out with air? Thanks in advance!

I have recently been introduced to Xylene. It seem to do a much better job than Paint Thinner. What is your opinion on using Xylene on cleaning? Would it be a good idea to run it through the Airless Pump as the last step of cleaning it with Latex or Oil Based?

Do you use antifreeze in your power washer also rather than the pimp guard stuff?

I have to prime and paint a big wall, 3 stories by 30 or 40 feet of drywall with an airless sprayer that's been stored for a while. Got a scissor lift and eggshell recycled paint. I need to pick up primer, pva I guess. I should get an extension too, any other tips? I also have to paint the wooden beams and corrugated steel walls in my 3000 sq ft winery event space. Brown to match the wood beams and flat gray for the metal. I've watched almost all your videos and put them to good use painting the restrooms and doors. I have to paint the concrete floor too. Rollers or spray?

You should have shown them how to turn the spray tip back and forth and blow it out clean with water and take the gun apart and clean the filter...you may already have a video for that though..I've seen newbies let their tips and hoses dry with paint in them quite often..lol

Lets say you want to spray a solvent based primer on your doors, frames etc. in the morning & a solvent based undercoat on them in the afternoon but don't want the hassle/expense of cleaning your sprayer twice the same day. Most manufacturers don't recommend you leave solvent paints sitting in your sprayer too long so short term storage ideas for the sprayer is essentially what I'm asking. Thanks Mate.

Should i be using Throat seal liquid on my 390pc sprayer? And where do i put the lubricant is says wet cut but i have no clue... Sorry for dumb question.

Just picked up a used Graco Magnum sprayer, gun and 30' hose. I've started the first coat of primer on my kitchen cabinets and they look great...Q, The gun filter was absolutely clogged (not sure how it even sprayed primer) now I'm a bit concerned as I'm about to shoot paint on my cabinets. I've ordered a Graco gun filter, but have genuine concerns about what may be lurking in the hose and airless sprayer....is there anyway to thoroughly guarantee a clean setup? Given I have no history on this spray unit and parts? Suggestions / advice needed. Thx ! Love this channel.

Please Don't use Auto anti freeze, Its extremely toxic to animals. It taste sweet to them and the will drink it. Want to talk about a sure fire way to piss off a customer when they come home to find their dog dead in the driveway. Rv antifreeze is ok but check the label to make sure.
