I had many warts (about 19) covering each hands for a interval of a pair years. They have been handled with cryotherapy which didn't remove them. The physician determined to cut them out. I was given a needle in and across the wart to numb it. Then he cut them out. Recovery was somewhat painful but the warts went away.
