1. what is the release date for the s2 mk2?
2. native instruments please make a traktor controller with 4 jog wheels do you can mix 4 songs I know you can mix 4 songs on the s4 but it's kinda confusing and please make the cue button and play button like the cdjs buttons they look alot better than the buttons you have at the moment on the s2 and s4
3. Question for NI or any reps / dealers / sellers - Have they really removed the 'thru' option on the rica input? I have the original S2 but it needs to be replaced and I want to be able to have an iPod on standby incase the laptop crashes. I read that you could do this by using the 'thru' option on channel D, but this was on the S4 mk1. I can't see a 'thru' switch on the S4 mk2. No 'mobile' users can fully trust a laptop and you are kidding yourselves if you think 'pro club' DJs will use the S4. Why remove a very useful feature like this. I would need to carry a separate mixer to plug in an iPod. Or of course buy the Denon MC6000 which does everything the S4 does plus is a full digital mixer.

5. can anybody please help me? traktor doesnt recognise my s2 mk2 =/ i was trying to fix it and at some point, i tried loading a song and the play button and first cue slot lit up when teh song was playing but i the controller wasnt interacting with the software when i push a button or move a fader or something. now it doesnt even recognise the controller at all; the setup wizard even says no controller. please help!
6. I had enough of Algoriddim's Djay. I own an Numark iDJ Pro with it, and it's faulty update after faulty update. Traktor DJ in its standalone form is amazing. Stable and reliable. And NI haven't even launched an update in months. I'm getting an S2 soon.

   1. Tractor DJ software audio has pop, click, audio freeze, audio cut out, audio slowdown and has glitchy sound.
   2. There is no solution to fixing these entire problems and there’s no refund? (MY BROKEN IN 2 WEEKS)
   3. I’ve Contact Support on Numerous Times, Customer support is Horrible. They Keep Hang Up.
   So I Summit A Support Form To Support Via E Mail And This Is What They Say: I am sorry to hear you are having problems with our product But We Can’t Help you with Your Issues. We recommending that you resell your product. You can simply submit a request to unregister both your hardware serial and software serial number allowing you to resell the product.
   
   SO DO NOT BUY TRACTOR SOFTWARE OR CONTROLLER
    I want to share this because I went through so many headaches with tractors software and Tractor Support.
10. Can i use the s2 with my laptop instead of ipad?

15. Hi. I just bought traktor kontrol s2 mk2, and i downloaded traktor pro 2. But it only allowed me to play songs for 30 minutes, and i couldnt search for songs so i can play. Just remix sets, it sucked, what should i do? I do want to buy traktor pro 2 on your website, but im curious. It says that downloading will happen right after you buy it, is this true? or does the package come to my post? Sorry, im from norway

18. The S4 is for Bedroom use only. I bought one for playing at various events. Within a month the AC connector fell out. Then it took over a month to get repaired. Got it back then a couple of weeks later the headphone jack broke while i was playing live. It took over a mth to sort out with NI. I have had to cut my losses i have got myself a Pioneer DDJ SSX and the difference is simply night and day. The customer care and service from NI is terrible. I lost a lot of time money and Gigs through not having a controller and for it to break during a live performance was the last straw.
