Just got one today, and painted the whole outside of my house minus the foundation (will be next step) and was highly impressed at this thing. I went non-stop for 4 hours, so, it did get a little heavy in the hand, and leaving an indentation/slightly sore spot on my thumb due to the way I was holding it to support the weight, however, it was 95 degrees out, and once I got the 5 gallon bucket of paint thinned out, I didn't want to stop and have paint gummed up.
So that's why it became heavy, otherwise, it's very easy to use, and worth every penny for the budget minded painter that's looking for something easy on the wallet, but not a throw away product. -

I just used this sprayer to waterproof my 800 ft fence. Took about 4 hours, but it was the perfect tool for the job!
