Fixing and replacement parts on the discontinued Ryobi P630 Paint sprayer

My original review of this tool at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixp0CdxpCBg Spare parts at http://www.ereplacementparts.com/ryobi-parts-c-7931.html?gclid=CMvWy7b5hrsCFUdhfgodqDoAng This sprayer was put on the market as one of the first of the Ryobi Lithium Ion power themed tools in the One+ product line around mid-2012, and then was replaced by a newer model in mid-2013, then for the most part removed from store shelves entirely. They also had a plug in the wall (110v) ac sprayer that used a lot of the same parts, same paint cups, and most importantly, the same nozzle system. Now with spare parts and keeping these running being more difficult, I explain how these tools are not a total writeoff since replacement parts are still available online, even though Ryobi customer service and repair are pretty difficult to begin with.

how do you remove the piston from the P630, mine has seized and doesn't seem removable.

I've used E replacement parts for cordless drill brushes and a impact driver motor and a few odd end parts. They are great! They have a channel on YouTube that shows how to replace some parts on different tools.
