to the dumbass that titled this video: fire fighters would never use water to put out a fuel fire. adding water will only spread the fuel around. they would however use a chemical called halon to suffocate a fuel fire. I know this because I refueled aircraft in the military.
however this could be a training exercise on what not to do. in a controlled environment. -
