Seems useful. I use 80% Balsamic and 20% white and mix those 2 in 1 bottle for later. As for the 50/50 spray, I wouldn't use it since you do want more Oil over Vinegar. The 100% each side I would so I can control it
Also I noticed your Oil is in a plastic bottle and from Kroger(?). Not sure where you live and how hard it is to find, but it's best to get the glass dark bottles of Olive Oil and I would even question if that Plastic bottle you have is 100% Olive Oil from Italy.
