Bloodborne - Rom, the Vacuous Spider: Easy Kill (Flamesprayer)

Video demonstrating a quick kill of Rom, the Vacuous Spider that I achieved using a arcane build and the flamesprayer in Bloodborne. Rom also did not teleport at all with this kill. Throw an oil urn and flamespray away. If you are lucky Rom will back up while you hit his side, which interrupts his teleportation. At this point in the game I had 30 or more points into arcane and the flamesprayer at +6. Side-note: the flamesprayer does not scale with bloodtinge. Video was recorded with built in PS4 recording, which is why the quality suffers.

it was patched
i just tried this but rom was able to teleport anyway -
Oil urn, fire paper and a beast pellet does the job. Very fast too if this method doesn't work.

he had to of used the memory leak glitch for this, no other explanations for why Rom didn't teleport

Doesn't work. Every time he'll disappear before half HP. Even if you have 40 arcane >_>

Wow. Here I am with an Arcane Build, sitting here thinking it kinda sucks after busting my ass beating Rom when I come across this video. I'm not happy, at all.

Where the fcuk are all the spiders? Even if i run up to him at the start there is a drop of spiders before i get there, then only have a few hits before he teleports and more spiders and bombs go off !

Best use of the flamethrougher in pve that i've seen. I'm going through the forbidden woods for my skill/ arcane build and i'm gonna use this tactic next time.

That was amazing having so much trouble with rom must of killed me 20 times in a row.

Thanks dude. I had so much trouble with Rom, and after my third try of doing it this way i was able to kill him same way as you did :)
